Fred Bond has been a resident of San Luis ObispoCounty since 1979, moving up from Burbank and starting in the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate agent until joining ARCS Mortgage as a loan officer in 1983. He became the San Luis ObispoCounty branch manager for ARCS Mortgage in 1993 until the company was purchased in 1995. After being manager of the same branch location through several different company purchases, He was promoted to District Manager for GMAC Mortgage, covering San Luis Obispo and Santa BarbaraCounties.
